All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

We will do everything we can to assist you in locating your package if it has not arrived on time. Once your order has shipped, Belong can no longer be held liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your carrier service for further assistance.

All items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@belongshop.com so we can assist you.

Online orders can be picked up at our Snohomish or Stanwood locations - just select "Pickup at" for your shipping method. I am also available to coordinate pickups in Arlington - if you prefer this location, please email me directly at hello@belongshop.com.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup orders are generally available in 2-4 business days.
